“One & Done” — Because Most of Our Clients Only Need One Session

At DK9S, most of our training isn’t weeks or months long. It’s focused, instinctive, and immediate. Our specialized “One & Done” approach often resolves reactivity, obedience issues, or behavioral tension in a single session — sometimes when nothing else has worked.

Whether it’s aggression, anxiety, or simple obedience, the goal is to create real change right away — not lock you into a program.

That said, every case is different. Your dog’s success depends on a mix of temperament, history, and your own confidence and follow-through. Some situations require a deeper reset — that’s where our Board & Train program shines.

Designed for dogs struggling with fear, aggression, or reactivity issues. These cases often involve high-stress triggers like barking, lunging, growling, biting, or shut-down behavior. We create a calm, custom training plan and often see breakthroughs in just one session.

  • Energy-awareness and calm leadership training
  • Temperament guidance for owners selecting a new puppy or dog
  • Support tools for anxiety and household transitions (e.g., desensitization to sounds)

• Overview: Comprehensive, immersive training stay.
• Includes:
   
  • 3 weeks of stable, daily training
  • 3 hours of private owner-education sessions (after 2nd week)
  • Teaching of holistic techniques applied during training
  • Ongoing support and suggestions post-return to maintain results

We offer temperament testing for people selecting a new puppy or dog, and mentorship for students, aspiring trainers, and veterinary/rescue staff.

At DK9S Canine Rehabilitation and Custom Training, we offer more than in-person behavior help. We also specialize in canine risk assessments and temperament evaluations for bite incidents or severe reactivity cases — both locally and remotely.

Whether you’re a concerned owner, rescue, trainer, or vet, we help assess behavioral risk and outline practical steps to move forward.
